Grilled Nectarines w/Mascarpone Cream

Ingredients
8 ounces mascarpone cheese
3/4 cup cream
4 Tablespoons Grand Marnier
1 Tablespoon sugar
3 Tablespoons butter, melted
4 nectarines, slice 1/2" thick
Fresh ground nutmeg
Directions
In a small bowl, combine mascarpone, 1/4 cup cream and 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier. Stir until well blended.
In a separate bowl, combine remaining cream and sugar. With an electric mixer, beat until soft peaks form.
Fold cream mixture into mascarpone mixture until blended. Refrigerate.
Prepare a grill.
In a small bowl, combine butter and remaining Grand Marnier. Brush butter mixture all over nectarines.
Place nectarines on grill and cook until softened, about 4 minutes. They should have grill marks on cut side.
Remove from grill and fold into mascarpone mixture.
Spoon into dessert dishes and top with grated nutmeg. Serve immediately.
Tips
Grand Marnier is gluten-free.
