3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces 6 Tablespoons sesame seeds 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon grated ginger 1 clove garlic, minced Salt and pepper
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. When hot, add ginger and garlic, stir and toss for 1 minute. Add chicken and sesame seeds and cook, stirring constantly until chicken is brown all over. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
