4 beef filets Freshly ground peppercorns 1 bottle Patak’s Major Grey’s Chutney or other gf chutney
Directions
Grind pepper onto both surfaces of steaks and pat into meat. Barbecue steaks to your liking. When steaks are turned over spread generously with chutney. Serve.

This recipe was given to me by a dear friend. It is incredibly easy and delicious!
Freshly cracked peppercorns are the best, they will give you all the flavor without all the heat.
I pour whole peppercorns into a plastic bag and place on a cutting board. Pound with the side of a meat mallet, or hammer (I use a winch handle when sailing) just until the peppercorns are broken.
