1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup lime juice 1 Tablespoon chopped ginger 1/4 cup gf soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 4 halibut filets Salt and fresh ground pepper
For vinaigrette: 2 Tablespoons gf Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar 3/4 cup canola or vegetable oil Salt and pepper to taste
Add lemon and lime juice, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil to a baking dish and mix to blend. Season filets with salt and pepper then add to the baking dish. Let marinate for 10 minutes. Heat a large heavy skillet over high heat and add 2 Tablespoons oil. Add the fish and cook for 3-5 minutes per side. Whisk vinaigrette ingredients together and drizzle over each fish filet.
