BBQ Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

1 lb. pork tenderloin
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons gf ketchup
2 teaspoons gf hot sauce (more or less depending on preference)
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1 cup water
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Cut the pork crosswise into 1/4 inch thick slices. Cut each slice into 3 strips.

Place the olive oil in a large heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic; sauté for 5 minutes. Add the ketchup, gf hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and water. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Add the pork and simmer, covered, until the pork is cooked through and tender, about 10 minutes. Transfer the pork to a platter with a slotted spoon. Bring the sauce to a boil and cook until reduced slightly and thickened, about 4 minutes. Spoon sauce over pork and serve.

Thanks Teri The cheesecake got rave rvieews from my family and they all were big fans of the Kinnikinnick crust. Best of luck in the kitchenOne fun idea If youre making the cheesecake this weekend for a Fourth of July party use a blueberry syrup like the one I made and a strawberry or cherry syrup and swirl them both into the filling before baking. Youll end up with a beautiful red white and blue cheesecake
