1 teaspoon olive oil 6 oz. gf ham, chopped into bite size pieces 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 Tablespoon chives, minced 1/4 cup Gouda cheese, shredded gf angel hair pasta, or other favorite gf pasta Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cook gf pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse. Set aside and keep warm.
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add ham and garlic and cook until lightly browned, about 4 minutes.
Toss ham and garlic with cooked pasta. Top with shredded Gouda and minced chives. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
