Beef Stir-Fry w/Summer Vegetables

Ingredients

1 zucchini, cut in half crosswise and cut into matchstick strips
1/2 red bell pepper, cut in 1/4 inch strips
1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut in 1/4 inch strips
1 large garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup onion, sliced
2 Tablespoons basil, thinly sliced
3/4 pound flank steak, cut into thin strips

1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon gf oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Dash hot oil
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon sweetened lime juice
1 Tablespoon peanut oil
Directions
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, gf oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, hot oil, honey, and sweetened lime juice. Set aside.

Place 1/2 tablespoon oil in hot wok or saute pan. Add garlic and onions, stir fry for 1 minute. Remove garlic and onions. Add remaining oil, heat until hot. Add flank steak. Stir-fry until browned on all sides. Return garlic and onions to pan along with peppers and zucchini. Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Add prepared sauce. Stir to coat meat and vegetables thoroughly. Add freshly sliced basil. Serve immediately over white rice.
