2 cups cooked gf penne 1 cup zucchini, sliced 1/2 cup onion, sliced 1/4 cup red pepper, sliced 1 garlic clove, minced 1/2 gf chicken bouillion cube 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1/8 cup gf soy sauce 1/8 cup water
In a large heavy skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute bouillion and garlic just until bouillion is blended. Add water and soy sauce. Add vegetables and cook just until tender. Add cooked pasta, mix well and serve.
