Grilled Pizza with Steak, Tomatoes, Fresh Basil & Feta
Cummulative Rating
N/A
Servings
Makes 1 pizza (2 servings)
Difficulty
Easy
Ingredients
1 Udi’s pizza crust, thawed
1/2 cup gf prepared pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated (+ more if you like it really cheesey)
1/4 cup sliced pre-cooked steak
1 tomato, sliced
1 Tablespoon fresh basil, sliced
2 Tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
Prepare a grill.
Spread the pizza sauce on the thawed Udi’s pizza crust. Top with mozzarella, then sliced steak.
Place pizza over a medium fire and cook until cheese has melted and is bubbly and the bottom of the pizza is crisp and browned.
Remove pizza from the grill and top with fresh tomatoes, basil and feta.
Tips
If you like pizza with a thin, crisp crust than this is a great pizza for you. It is also extremely quick to prepare.
We used leftover steak in this recipe but you could also easily substitute pepperoni or sausage or any of your favorite pizza toppings.
