Cheese & Chili Rice

Ingredients

1 cup white rice
2 cups gf sour cream
One 7 ounce can green chilies, diced
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Butter a glass baking dish.
Combine cheeses together in a bowl, set aside.
Cook rice according to package instructions.
In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, chilies and beans. Alternate layers of cooked rice, cheeses and sour cream mixture; finishing with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes, until nicely browned on top. Serve immediately.
