3/4 cup gf brown sugar 1 pound powdered sugar 1 stick butter, softened 2 cups peanut butter 1 cup unsalted peanuts 12 ounces semisweet gf chocolate, cut into pieces 1 Tablespoon butter
Mix brown sugar, powdered sugar, 1 stick butter, peanut butter and peanuts together in a large bowl. Pour mixture into a jelly-roll pan and pat into an even layer, pressing into corners. Flatten with a rolling pin. In the top of a double boiler, over simmering water, melt chocolate and 1 tablespoon butter. Spread evenly over peanut mixture. Cut into 1" squares and chill for 30 minutes. Remove from pan and serve.
