2 chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes Canned pineapple, cut into 1" pieces 16 cherry tomatoes 1 Tablespoon gf brown sugar Salt
Cut 4 pieces of foil that will be large enough to hold small skewers and fold over to seal. Skewer chicken, alternating with pineapple and tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place on foil. Seal packets and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Transfer to serving plates and open packets at the table.
