Baked Potato Chips

Ingredients

Vegetable oil
3 large russet potatoes
Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place a teaspoon of oil on a jellyroll pan and spread over bottom with a paper towel.

Peel and thinly slice potatoes - to about 1/16th of an inch.

Place potato slices on oiled jellyroll pan, in a single layer, spraying potatoes lightly with vegetable oil.

Bake for 20 minutes. Check chips and remove any that are golden brown all over. Place remaining chips back in oven and check on them every few minutes. When chips are done, sprinkle with salt.

My kids loved these and the fact that i know 100% that these are gluten free just makes it even better. Going to try adding my own spices next time.
