Makes 1 sandwich. Difficulty
1-2 Tablespoons gf peanut butter (Jiff, Skippy, Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter - all claim to be gf) 1-2 Tablespoon strawberry Jam (Welches, Smuckers - claim to be gf) 1/2 banana, sliced 1/4 cup strawberries, sliced 2 slices gf sandwich bread (see tip above)
Spread 1 slice of bread with peanut butter. Top peanut butter with sliced strawberrys and sliced bananas. Complete sandwich by topping with 2nd bread slice spread with strawberry jam.
We used The Gluten-Free Pantry’s Favorite Sandwich Bread for this sandwich...it worked wonderfully.
