Cut the pork into 2" squares and flatten with a meat mallet to 1/4" thick. Combine marinade ingredents add pork and marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator. Just before cooking, add egg and 2 teaspoons cornstarch to pork, mix well. Place a wok or large heavy skillet over high-heat until hot. Add 2 Tablespoons of oil, swirling to coat all sides of pan. Cook pork until browned, about 2 minutes on each side. Add the sauce and cook for 30 seconds, coating the pork with the sauce. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
