Left-over turkey Left-over gravy Left-over mashed potatoes (you can also use fresh potatoes) 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Directions
Cut turkey into bite-size pieces. Re-heat gravy in a skillet and add turkey pieces. Heat until warmed through.
Re-heat left-over mashed potatoes, or make a new batch.
Place potatoes in center of individual plates and make a ’bowl’ in center of potatoes. Spoon turkey gravy mixture into ’bowl’. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
