Thai Chicken Wings

Ingredients

8-10 chicken wings
2 Tablespoons Sake
1 Tablespoon gf hoisin sauce
1 Tablespoon fish sauce
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Tablespoon Thai Sriracha chile sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tablespoons ginger, minced
Directions
In a small bowl mix all ingredients, except chicken wings.

Wash chicken wings and place in a sealable plastic bag. Add sauce and marinate overnight.

Heat broiler. Place chicken wings on broiler pan and on rack at about center point of oven. Broil for 5-10 minutes, until browned. Turn wings over and broil until browned on other side. Set oven to 350 degrees F. and bake for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
Tips
Visit the Recipe Archives for a recipe for gf Hoisin Sauce. It’s very easy to make and will keep for months in the refrigerator.

Fish sauce and Thai Sriracha chile sauce can be found in most oriental sections of grocery stores or in an asian market.
