1 pound large shrimp, peeled, deveined and split in half lengthwise 1 Tablespoon olive oil Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Directions
Place shrimp on skewers and brush with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and then with curry.
Heat a grill and grill shrimp about 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on each side. (You can also broil them for the same amount of time).
