1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 pound top sirloin, cut into strips 2 Tablespoons black bean paste 4 green onions, sliced 1 cup gf chicken stock 2 teaspoons corn starch 1 Tablespoon grated ginger 2 Tablespoons peanut oil 1 garlic clove, minced 12 ounces long Asian rice noodles 1 Tablespoon fish sauce 1 teaspoon gf soy sauce 1 teaspoon gf ketchup
Bring a large pan ol water to a boil. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add ginger, garlic and black bean paste. Stir and cook for 30 seconds. Add beef and green pepper and stir fry until beef is browned. Mix cornstarch into chicken stock, then add chicken stock, fish sauce, soy sauce and ketchup to skillet, stirring to coat all ingredients. Add noodles to boiling water for 30 seconds, just until softened and drain. Add noodles to beef and toss. Serve immediately.
