1 large bunch of broccolini 1 Tablespoon garlic oil Salt
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccolini and cook until just tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and immediately plunge the broccolini in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
Meanwhile, heat the garlic oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the broccolini and saute until heated through. Season to taste with salt and serve.
