Fettuccini w/Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

1 pound cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
4 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound gf fettucini, cooked according to package instructions, rinsed and drained
Directions
In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, vinegar, oil, thyme, parsley, pepper and salt. Add cooked pasta, toss to combine and serve immediately.
