Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
2 cups shredded gf mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup gf sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated & divided
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 garlic cloves, crushed
One 14 ounce gf canned artichoke hearts (in water), drained & chopped
One 6 ounce gf cream cheese
5 ounces frozen spinach, thawed, drained & chopped
gf tortilla chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine 1-1/2 cups mozzarella, sour cream, 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, pepper, garlic, artichoke hearts, cream cheese and spinach. Stir until blended thoroughly.
Spoon mixture into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

usually so we dont over-eat I sprinkle the pan gsleroueny with cornmeal and place a log of artisan dough on it. If there is time I let it come up to room temp before flouring the top and slashing. Preheat

The only difference in this one and the other is the amount of cream cheese. The taste is completely the same though. It came in handy one day when I was craving this dip and only had a little cream cheese on hand. It isn’t as filling but it has the same yummy taste.
