1 medium cantaloupe, cut into chunks 1 ripe peach, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks 1-1/2 cups peach nectar Fresh lemon juice to taste Fresh sugar to taste Fresh berries for garnish (optional)
In a blender process the cantaloupe, peaches and peach nectar until smooth. Add lemon juice and sugar to taste. Chill soup for at least 1 hour before serving or up to 1 day. Pour into shallow bowls and garnish with fresh berries, if desired.
