Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Mix cilantro, salt, pepper and 6 cloves garlic together in a small bowl. Place chicken in a dish and toss with cilantro rub. Placed seasoned chicken pieces in a lightly oiled baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until done. Meanwhile, place tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and raisins in a food processor and process just until raisins are chopped. Serve chicken with sauce.
