Grease a 8"-9" springform pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place 1-1/2 cups sugar, cream cheese and sour cream substitutes, oil and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer and mix until well blended. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl and blend. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients and mix on low speed until blended. In a separate medium bowl, combine cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Add diced apples and toss to coat. Fold apple mixture into batter. Pour batter into prepared springform pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let cake cool completely before cutting.
