1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil 1/2 cup molasses 1/4 cup honey 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 3 eggs 1/2 cup gf sour cream 1 Tablespoon orange zest 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups gf flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1-1/2 teaspoons ground ginger 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9"x4" loaf pan and lightly dust with gf flour. Add oil, molasses, honey and brown sugar to an electric mixer and beat until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream, orange zest and vanilla, beating to combine. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt and spices. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir to blend. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes then remove from the pan and let cool completely.
