4 Vans gf original, buckwheat or flax waffles, cut into ½ pieces Ό cup olive oil 2 garlic cloves, crushed 2 thyme sprigs One 2 rosemary sprig Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
In a medium bowl, toss the waffle pieces, olive oil, garlic and herbs. Transfer to a skillet and cook over medium heat, tossing until waffle pieces are crisp and browned. Transfer croutons to a bowl and remove herb sprigs and garlic. Chop herbs and add them back to the croutons. Toss the herbs with croutons and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve as topping to salad or soup.
