Ingredients
2-1/2 cups gf flour Pinch of salt 1/2 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup honey
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place flour and salt in medium bowl then add the butter. Rub the butter into the flour with fingers until mixture is the consistency of very fine meal. Add the honey gradually and working with your fingers, blend until dough is smooth and leaves the side of the bowl. Cut a 2-1/2"x2" fan shaped pattern from cardboard. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/4" thickness and cut into fan shapes. Place on a lightly floured baking sheet and cut 6 deep slashes lengthwise in the fans. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
