Garlic Bread w/Tarragon & Lemon Juice

Ingredients

1 gf French bread baguette
3 Tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
Drops of lemon juice
8 Tablespoons butter, at room temperature
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
In a bowl combine tarragon, minced garlic, lemon zest, juice, butter and pepper; stir until light.

Preheat broiler to high heat.

Cut baguette on diagonal to 1/2" slices. Spread tarragon butter mixture on bread slices and place slices on a baking sheet. Place under broiler and broil until golden brown, turn and brown other side. Watch closely, as bread will burn easily. Serve.
Tips
For the baguette, try Mona’s French Bread Mix (madebymona.homestead.com) or the Gluten Free Pantry’s Country French Bread Mix (glutenfree.com).

I got your special bread for sffnuitg. I sliced cubed and dried in oven. I browned pork sausage and added 1 stalk of chopped celery. I added about 3 12 cups of water to pork sausage and celery and simmered for 15 minutes. I added the dried bread cubes to the pork sausage mixture. The sffnuitg is awesome It tastes just like the Brownberry sffnuitg I used to make before discovering I was gluten intolerant. I will be spreading the word about your bread.Thank you so much for making such a bread
