One pie crust 1 cup gf sour cream 1 egg 1/2 cup sugar 2 teaspoons corn starch 1 teaspoon lemon zest 2 cups blackberries
Make and bake pie crust according to package instructions. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix all remaining ingredients except for blackberries together in a medium bowl. Stir in blackberries. Pour mixture into baked pie crust and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for one hour. Cover and chill until cold and set.
