Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (1/2 lb.) chopped gf bittersweet or gf semisweet chocolate 2/3 cup Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot
Directions
In a 1- to 1 1/2 quart pan over low heat, stir 1 1/2 cups chopped bittersweet or semisweet chocolate with wine until smooth, 7 to 10 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Tips
To increase recipe, prepare by the batch and stir together. If making up to 3 days ahead, cover and chill. Reheat and serve with cherries, pineapple, raspberries, or strawberries.
