4 ounces gf semi-sweet chocolate, chopped 1 cup milk
Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. In a separate small saucepan, add 1 cup of whole milk and heat it over low heat just to the simmering point and then remove from heat. Slowly pour the hot milk into the melted chocolate, stirring to blend thoroughly. A little goes a long way with this decadent drink, so we prefer to serve it in demi-tasse cups. Carefully pour the chocolate into cups and serve. These delicious little cups of chocolate are like drinking truffles!
We used our favorite fine chocolate, Sharffen Bergers.
