Ingredients
2 cups strawberries, quartered 4 Tablespoons sugar, divided 1/2 cup gf sour cream 1 cup heavy whipping cream 8 strawberries, whole for garnish
Directions
In a blender or food processor combine strawberries and sugar and process until smooth.
In a large bowl combine strawberry puree and sour cream, stirring well with a spatula.
With an electric mixer, beat whipping cream and 1 tablespoon sugar until stiff.
Fold whipped cream into strawberry mixture. Spoon into small custard cups or small parfait glasses. Cover and freeze 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
