2 Tablespoons sugar 1 Tablespoon corn starch 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon orange zest 1 cup orange juice 1-1/2 cups blueberries 1-1/2 cups strawberries, sliced Gf vanilla ice cream
Directions
In a large skillet combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in orange zest and juice; bring to a boil. Cook until slightly thick. Add berries and cook 3 minutes.
Spoon berry sauce over ice cream. Serve immediately.
