4 Glutenfreeda Real Cookies Chip Chip Hooray cookie dough balls 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream Whipped cream Chocolate sauce
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Place 2 dough balls each, about 1/2 inch apart, in 2 ungreased individual gratin dishes. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Remove each dish from the oven and gently spread the cookie dough so that it covers the bottom of the gratin dish. Return the gratin dishes to the oven and continue to bake for about 5-6 minutes or until the cookie is just cooked through (no longer looks like raw cookie dough, but still is very soft). Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Top each dish with one big scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with whipped cream.
Note: This is a very rich dessert so if you want to save the calories and still enjoy – you easily could share one dish between 2 people.
