Ingredients
1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1 garlic clove, minced 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced 1 teaspoon orange zest, minced Salt and freshly ground black pepper Four 6 ounce salmon filets, skinned and boned
Directions
Preheat broiler.
In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, garlic, ginger, and orange zest.
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly butter top of foil. Lay each filet on foil and baste with maple mixture.
Broil salmon, basting frequently with maple mixture, for about 8 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.
