4 halibut fillets 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped 1/4 plus 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 2 Tablespoons olive oil
In a bowl, combine honey, Dijon, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Place the fillets in the bowl, swirling around on both sides until all fillets are well coated. Heat the oil over medium heat and saute the fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
