1/2 cup gf brown sugar 3 Tablespoons bourbon 1/8 cup gf soy sauce 1 Tablespoon lime juice 1 teaspoon ginger, minced 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 garlic clove, crushed 4 salmon fillets 2 teaspoons sesame seeds 1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
Combine sugar, bourbon, soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, salt, pepper and garlic in a sealable plastic bag and blend well. Add salmon and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove fillets and discard marinade. Preheat the broiler. Coat a broiling pan with oil. Broil the salmon fillets for about 10 minutes or until done. Transfer to individual plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion slices.
