Score filets by making shallow cuts diagonally across tops. Lightly brush them with olive oil on both sides. Place them on a foil covered baking sheet.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to blend.
Preheat broiler.
Place filets about 2" from broiler heat and broil for about 5 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Remove from oven, cover and let rest for 2 minutes.
To serve: drizzle sauce over filets.
Tips
This is also great on snapper or other fairly firm white fish.
