Ingredients
1/2 cup gf bread crumbs 1/3 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped 2 teaspoons lemon peel, minced 3/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper Two 6-7 ounce halibut filets (about 1" thick) 2 Tablespoons (1/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted Lemon wedges
Directions
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Lightly grease a small baking sheet.
Combine gf bread crumbs, parsley, lemon peel and pepper and combine; season with salt.
Transfer crumb mixture to shallow bowl. Brush fish with butter. Press fish into crumbs, coating completely.
Arrange fish on prepared baking sheet. Press any remaining crumbs on top of fish. Bake until crumb coating is golden brown and fish is just cooked through, about 10 minutes.
