Orange Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

3 Tablespoons orange juice
2 Tablespoons gf soy sauce
1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon sake
1 Tablespoon honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and minced
1-1/2 lbs. salmon fillet, skinless
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450°F.

Combine the orange juice, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sake, honey, garlic and ginger in a 8-inch square baking dish; whisk to combine.

Add the salmon fillet to the baking dish and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Bake at 450°F, basting occasionally with the sauce for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve.
