1/4 cup sesame seeds 1 Tablespoons orange zest 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1-1/4 lb. salmon fillet Olive oil Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Combine the sesame seeds and orange zest in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle sesame oil over the flesh side of the fish. Dredge the fish in the sesame mixture.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly oil the foil with olive oil. Place the fish skin sided down on the baking sheet. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve.
