1/4 cup gf soy sauce 1 Tablespoon gf brown sugar 4 Tablespoons white wine 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled and finely minced 2 green onions, finely sliced 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon hot chile oil 2 garlic cloves, minced 4 (6 oz.) sea bass fillets
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients (soy sauce through garlic). Place in a shallow baking dish. Place fish in marinade and turn to coat. Marinade for 20 minutes, turning halfway through. Remove fish and discard leftover marinade.
Grill fish for 4-5 minutes per side. Remove fish from grill and tent with foil. Place fish in preheated oven for 5-10 minutes. Fish should be moist and easily flake when tested with a fork.
