4 talapia filets or other soft white fish 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper 2 Tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped Lemon wedges for garnish
Preheat a broiler. Coat a broiler rack with oil. Place the fish on the rack and drizzle each filet with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil the fish until cooked through; about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve over rice pilaf. Garnish plates with lemon wedges.
