In a small bowl combine minced garlic, paprika, chili powder, cumin, coriander, black pepper, sea salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and oil. Place steaks in a large zip-lock bag and pour spice mixture into bag. Seal bag and turn until steaks are evenly coated with spice mixture. Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours.
Prepare a grill. When hot, place steaks on grill and grill for 5 minutes per side or until steaks reach desired doneness. Remove steaks from grill and tent with foil. Let steaks rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
