London Broil
Cummulative Rating
N/A
Servings
Serves 4-6
Difficulty
Easy
Ingredients
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon gf dijon mustard
1-1/2 Tablespoons gf worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon gf soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2/3 cup olive oil
2 pounds flank steak or round steak, at least 3/4" thick
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except steak, in a sealable plastic bag, mixing well. Add steak and refrigerate overnight.
Discard marinade and grill steak over hot, direct heat for about 10 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 135 to 140 degrees F.
Transfer to a cutting board and slice London Broil (steak) diagonally, across grain, in thin slices. Serve immediately.
Tips
Flank steak or round steak should be at least 3/4 thick.
If you prefer, you can broil steak instead of grilling.
