Italian Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground gf Italian sausage
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, drained and chopped
1/2 cup gf catsup
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 Tablespoon basil, shredded
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground gf Italian sausage, sun-dried tomatoes, catsup, tomato paste, eggs, worcestershire sauce, parmesan cheese, garlic, onions and basil. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Bake for 1 hour; drain off fat. Let cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan. Let cool for 5 more minutes before cutting.

Needed to bake for about an hour and a half, not an hour and it was very crumbly. The sausage was a great addition though.
