Teppanyaki Steak

Ingredients

2 top sirloin or new york steaks, trimmed of all fat and cut into bite size pieces
Gf soy sauce
Salt
Directions
When the grill is hot, add the beef over the hottest part of the grill. Let cook for a couple of minutes then turn with a spatula. Sprinkle with salt and a small amount of soy sauce and keep tossing and turning until meat is browned on the outside and rare to medium-rare on the inside.

Move to the corner of the grill while you cook vegetables or move meat onto serving plates.

Teppanyaki is usually a combination of meat, shrimp, chicken and vegetables. Two steaks will serve four people if combined with shrimp and vegetables.
