When the grill is hot, add the beef over the hottest part of the grill. Let cook for a couple of minutes then turn with a spatula. Sprinkle with salt and a small amount of soy sauce and keep tossing and turning until meat is browned on the outside and rare to medium-rare on the inside.
Move to the corner of the grill while you cook vegetables or move meat onto serving plates.
