Ingredients
3/4 cup gf soy sauce 1/4 cup sherry 3 Tablespoon sugar 2 garlic cloves, minced 3 scallions, chopped 1 Tablespoon sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes 1/4 cup vegetable oil 4 boneless top loin (strip) steaks, about 1-inch thick Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine gf soy sauce, sherry, sugar, garlic, scallions, sesame oil, pepper flakes and vegetable oil. Pour mixture into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Add steaks, turning to coat. Marinate for 4 hours.
Prepare grill.
Grill steaks for 4-6 minutes per side for medium rare. Remove steaks from grill and loosely tent with foil to keep warm. Let steaks rest fo 5 minutes.
To serve, cut steaks crosswise into 3/4-inch slices.
