4 Top sirloin or tenderloin fillets 1/2 cup cream 2 Tablespoons Irish Mist Liqueur 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
Directions
Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a large heavy skillet over high heat and add butter. When butter has melted, add steaks and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side, then remove to a plate and tent with foil to keep warm. Reduce heat to medium-low and add Irish Mist. Stir bottom of pan to deglaze and add cream. Cook and stir until cream thickens. Season to taste with salt and pepper and pour over steaks. Serve immediately.
